Body Composition Analysis

A detailed assessment of your body composition including fat mass, lean mass, and metabolic rate. Conducted by a qualified trainer using validated measurement tools. Results are discussed with personalised movement and nutrition pointers.

Myofascial Release β€” 30 Minutes

A focused, hands-on session targeting a specific area of chronic tension β€” upper back, neck, hips, or shoulders. Your practitioner applies sustained, controlled pressure to release fascial restriction at the source, not just the surface. Effective as a standalone reset between sessions, or as targeted preparation before a training block. Thirty minutes is enough time to make a meaningful difference in one area.
