Heel and forefoot at the same height. Your Achilles, calf, and posterior chain load the way evolution intended.
A Wellness Solutions Africa Brand • Barefoot Sport
Move the way
nature intended.
Minimalist footwear born from clinical practice — zero-drop, foot-shaped, and built to switch your feet back on. Your foot has 29 muscles; conventional shoes put most of them to sleep.
Engineered to disappear
Every feature is a clinical decision.
Foot-shaped, not shoe-shaped. Toes splay and grip naturally, activating intrinsic muscles and restoring arch integrity.
Sensory input reaches the foot. Balance improves. The nervous system re-learns how to move from the ground up.
No artificial shock absorption hiding poor mechanics. The foot adapts, strengthens, and learns to absorb force correctly.
Heavy footwear changes your gait. Eskuri stays out of the way so your movement pattern can express itself cleanly.
Built by the same team that runs foot pressure analysis, gait assessment, and corrective exercise therapy in Nairobi.
Barefoot vs traditional
Feel the difference from step one.
Level zero-drop foundation
Heel and forefoot sit flat, so your posterior chain loads naturally.
Raised heel shortens the Achilles
Even a 12 mm drop chronically loads the calf and tilts the pelvis.
Toes splay & spread
A foot-shaped toe box lets the intrinsic foot muscles fire and the arch hold.
Cramped into a narrow box
Compressed toes drop the arch and push compensation up the chain.
Real ground feedback
A thin, flexible sole keeps the foot's sensory signal intact — balance improves.
Numb, disconnected step
A thick, rigid sole blocks proprioception and dulls movement control.
Light & out of the way
The foot does the work it was built for, and gets stronger for it.
Heavy, cushioned bulk
Artificial cushioning hides poor mechanics while the muscles atrophy.

Get the fit right
From order to first run in four steps.
01
Measure your foot
Trace your foot and measure heel-to-toe. A foot-shaped fit means length and width both matter.
02
Pick your size
Use the size guide on the product page, or message us on WhatsApp for sizing help before you order.
03
Try at home
Walk in them indoors first. The 30-day natural-fit trial gives your feet room to adjust.
04
Ease in gradually
The transition is gradual by design — your foot needs to rebuild what conventional shoes switched off.
Why people trust Eskuri
Built on clinical practice, not hype.
"We were seeing clients make real progress in their corrective programmes and then step back into shoes that reversed it. Eskuri was the missing piece — the shoe that lets the foot continue its rehabilitation between sessions."
— Japheth Amimo, Wellness Solutions Kenya
Clinician-designed
Shaped by the same team that runs foot pressure analysis and corrective exercise therapy in Nairobi.
Backed by assessment
Pair your shoes with a foot pressure analysis so the fit serves your specific mechanics.

Wellness Solutions Africa
Built by practitioners, for feet that have to last.
Eskuri Barefoot was created by the team at Wellness Solutions Kenya — not by a footwear company chasing a trend. It came directly out of clinical observation: clients who did the corrective work in the gym were putting conventional shoes back on and undoing it the moment they walked out the door.
The brand was designed to be the corrective exercise for your feet that you wear all day — not a performance shoe, not a fashion item. A clinical tool in everyday form.
