- Deliver and confirm booked services and programmes

4. Google Sign-In
When you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google to create or link your account. We use this information only to identify you on this platform and to contact you regarding your bookings, payments, and account. We do not request access to your Google Drive, contacts, calendar, or any other Google service. You can revoke our access at any time through your Google account security settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
5. Data sharing
We share your data only where necessary to deliver our services:
- Paystack — payment processing (card data is handled directly by Paystack and is not accessible to us)
- Google Workspace — email delivery from our domain for booking confirmations and operational notifications
- Google Calendar — where you self-schedule through a Google Appointment Scheduling link, your data is handled by Google under their privacy policy
- Listmonk / newsletter infrastructure — email address and preferences for newsletter delivery where you have subscribed
We may share information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users, staff, or the public.
6. Data retention
We retain your account and service history while your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to satisfy legal, tax, and operational obligations. We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, access controls, and secure credential storage. Payment processing is handled entirely by Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We do not store payment card details on our servers.
