Please read these terms carefully before using Wellness Solutions Africa services. By accessing our platform, booking a service, or making a payment, you agree to these terms.
1. About Wellness Solutions Africa
Wellness Solutions Africa provides movement coaching, corrective exercise programmes, corporate wellness services, online resources, and associated products. Services are delivered by qualified practitioners and may be in-person, virtual, or via self-directed digital content depending on the service type.
2. Eligibility
Our services are available to individuals aged 18 and over, or to minors where a parent or guardian has provided consent and is supervising participation. By using this platform you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Booking and scheduling
Booking requests and event registrations submitted through this platform are requests, not guaranteed confirmations. Services that require coach assignment, facility access, or operational review will be confirmed by the Wellness Solutions team by email. Where a booking is confirmed through Google Appointment Scheduling, that confirmation is binding subject to availability and reasonable operational constraints.
We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a booking where a practitioner is unavailable, the service is operationally unsuitable, or the request falls outside our current service scope.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely through Paystack. By completing a payment you authorise the charge to your selected payment method. All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise stated. Completing a payment for a service that requires scheduling confirmation does not on its own confirm the service time or date — you will receive a separate confirmation from the team.
Payment receipts are issued by Paystack and are also available in your account dashboard.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to support@wellness-solutions.africa at least 24 hours before a scheduled session. Cancellations received with less than 24 hours' notice may forfeit the session fee. Refunds for cancelled sessions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and processed within 5–10 business days where approved. Event registrations and academy enrolments are non-refundable once confirmed unless the event or programme is cancelled by Wellness Solutions Africa.
6. Health and safety
Participation in physical wellness programmes involves inherent physical risks. You are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or contraindications before beginning a programme. Wellness Solutions Africa practitioners will take reasonable steps to adapt delivery to your disclosed needs, but cannot accept liability for undisclosed conditions. If you are unsure whether a service is appropriate for your health status, please consult a qualified medical professional before booking.
7. Membership access
Membership tiers grant access to designated content, services, and facilities as described at the time of purchase. Membership access is personal and non-transferable. Access may be suspended or revoked where a member is in breach of these terms or where payment lapses. Membership fees are charged in advance for the relevant period.
8. Store and products
Products sold through the store are subject to availability. Orders are confirmed by email and fulfilled on a pickup basis from designated locations. Wellness Solutions Africa acts as a retailer for approved third-party products; warranty and return terms for physical products are subject to the manufacturer's applicable policy where relevant.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this platform — including programme materials, videos, guides, and website content — is the property of Wellness Solutions Africa or its licensed providers and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Wellness Solutions Africa's liability for any claim arising from use of this platform or our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email or by a notice on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
