How to Register for Sole to Soil 2026 — Step by Step
Registration for Sole to Soil 2026 takes under two minutes. Here is exactly what happens from the moment you fill in the form to the day of the event.
We designed the Sole to Soil registration flow to be as straightforward as possible. Here is what to expect.
Step 1 — Fill in the registration form
Go to the Sole to Soil event page and complete the short form: your name, email address, phone number, and how many people in your group (each person still registers individually). There is no payment required at registration.
Step 2 — Confirmation email
Within 48 hours you will receive a confirmation email from hello@wellnesssolutions.africa. If capacity is full, your registration is automatically placed on the waitlist and you will be notified if a spot opens.
Step 3 — Pre-event brief
One week before the event (approximately 23 May) we send a pre-event brief covering: what to wear, what to bring, arrival directions for Ngong Forest Sanctuary, and a WhatsApp group link for day-of coordination.
Step 4 — Day of event
Arrive at the Ngong Forest Sanctuary entrance between 7:30 am and 8:00 am. The walk begins at 8:00 am sharp. Bring: Eskuri Barefoot shoes or comfortable walking shoes, a water bottle, sunscreen, and a light layer for the forest cool.
Capacity and waitlist
We are targeting at least 500 participants for this flagship community event. If you see a waitlist message after submitting, you are in the queue — we typically confirm waitlisted registrations within 5–7 days of the event date as confirmations come in. Register now.
